the staff was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. the food in the main restaurant was delicious and well-presented. I loved the choices available. the entertainment team worked hard and were great FUN.

doors, walls, and furniture looked worn. faucets and showers had limescale. this is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel, considering the displayed rating and cost.

the gym is open 24 hours a day and has quality equipment available. there are multiple attractive pools, including both quiet and more active zones. finding a choice of loungers was always possible, even when arriving later in the DAY.

my suite was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. the wardrobe space provided ample storage for clothing and luggage. the cleaners came in every day and did an amazing job. free water was provided once a day in the fridge.

i found the resort beautiful with eco aspects. i valued its decor and the area itself. even with many guests, i found quiet spaces. breakfast offered a great choice including cava (especially good with pastries).

during dinner, i found a metallic wire in my food. it likely came from a cleaning scrubber and posed a danger. the staff apologized but did not follow up further, and that was disappointing.

the entertainment team was great, particularly samu, luca and eugenia. they were friendly and professional. they offered daily yoga, table tennis, kayaking, and cocktail making sessions.

The pools were beautiful and clean. The complex was well run. there were loads of pools to choose from. not all of them were heated. some pools are not located next to a bar for drinks.

Mediocre stay with a couple of issues

My experience wasn't wonderful. I was given a room needing some repairs. The shower head did not worked. I also found metallic wire in my dinner that I think came from a cleaning tool. Staff did apologize, but never followed up. They also wrote down my room number but I didn't hear anything else. I am not sure I would stay again.

the check-in process was easy. i appreciated the porter helping with bags and showing the way to my room as the hotel is large. the room size was great and the beds were comfortable. i loved having a bath and a shower in the room.

I sent an email with a room request that apparently was not received. i arrived at noon and was told the room would be ready at 3 p.m.. It was not available until 3:30 p.m. no drink was offered. housekeeping was haphazard, as water/tea and milk etc. was not replenished every day.
